Not only am i a noob, but it's my first time on any forum, thx for making it easy to get on. Looking forward to learning all about my new/used 2002 Solara Convertible SLE. Always knew they were sharp cars, but owning one is just the cats meow. I mean what a car, not only does it handle great, I feel
great driving one and from what I'm reading on this forum, I am not alone. With people like you out there the old saying remains true: As Iron Sharpens Iron So One Man Sharpens Another. Being from Shorewood, Illinois about 45 min. South of Chicago I think the Solara is from Palm Beach, Fl. no rust which makes it a sweeter deal with a catch, of course. Knew it would need work like possible timing belt (has 141k mi.), shiflt solenoids sticking, struts and control arms. I'm okay with all that possibly doing all the work myself to save money. So I'll be scouring this forum for these app's. Thx again everybody.
