Sooo... I posted a reply about this on some other topic  But, I was curious as to know wtf happened to my light on the radio?!??! It all started when I bought this LED light for my dash. I had only used it for about a week, and then the (radio) light went off, BUT the (AC/HEATER) unit still lights up at night. Do you think the LED could have caused that?!?! :(

dang girl, post in the right forum

since the LED draws such little current, it's probably not the case, unless you crossed some wires and shorted out the radio light when you were installing the LEDs (in which case the radio itself would probably not work either)

but if the radio itself still works, then it's probably just the radio light going out.

either way, it looks like it's time to get you another headunit.

I don't know what you did but back when I was 16 and messing around with changing the lights in my Cam I fried a couple fuses and none of my lights worked. I'd check your fuse box before you buy another radio. The radio light could be fused differently than the radio and the other lights. Just an idea.

:drinking: Introductions is for introducing yourself. You should post this in the Toyota Solara Gen 1-1.5

Does your radio work at all?
