New Gen 1 Owner

Hi everyone, I'm a long time lurker. I picked up a black on black 1999 V6 SE 5-speed this past summer, totally stock and currently with 128,000 kms. This is my second Toyota, I moved up from a 1998 RAV4 convertible that gave me over 300,000 kms of trusty service and was still running strong when I sold it. Prior to that I mostly drove old E28 BMWs. I'll admit the driving experience was a bit more fun, but I don't miss the maintenance!

I'm looking at picking up some rims and snow tires for my car, I know a fellow selling a used set of 215/60/16 Yokohama Ice Guards on rims with a 38 mm offset. I've searched extensively and it seems to me that these will fit without any issues (I'm on stock suspension), but if anyone thinks otherwise please throw in your two cents. (My apologies if this isn't appropriate for an introduction post, but I didn't want to start a new thread asking if these would fit as there seem to be dozens of those on the boards.) Other than that I'm looking at tinting the windows and replacing a charcoal canister in the near future. Just want to say hello and that I love the site, it's already helped me with a few minor issues!
