How do you check your subscribed threads? Usually in "Vb bulletin" type forums, you can click on "user cp" and check all your subscribed thread. I am new to this type of software. HOw do u do it? THanks

Click on the Profile link above and make sure this setting says yes and it will send you emails when someone replies to threads you have replied to.

To get email notifications of a thread you haven't replied to, scroll to the bottom of the page of the thread, and on the left side at the bottom there is a link "Watch this thread for replies", click it and you will recieve email notifications when ppl reply. This is the same on ALL PHPBB forums, vB's free competitor. If you are already watching (aka subscribed to) that thread, the link will say "Stop watching this thread".

This version of phpBB has no listing of the threads/forums that you are subscribed to. The next version does. So for now all you can do is go to a thread and see if it says "Subscribe" or "Unsubscribe".

We're a bit behind the times.

Its at "RC7" (seventh Release Candidate).

They claim there will be support for RC7 upgrading to the first 3.0 release, but we have some other issues at the moment so we're waiting.

But I have three phpBB3 boards running now and I'm checking out cool skins for the future... should the future ever come. And so the SGs all feel at home I'm slowly porting the Cobalt skin over to the new software.

oh man, thanks for the warm welcome! finally i found this thread!!! I put this thread in the suggestion forum and i never knew what happened to it. I thought mod deleted it since i am a newbie. It is a great forum but I am leaving the solara scene. If you look in the for sale section, I got my baby up for sale. I am looking at a the 350Z now ;)
