I have an 01 solara 1st gen, wit a 5sfe I4 and an auto... i like what i have but im thinkin about making it alil bit faster so i can mess around wit civics and what not... im lookin at doin a custom turbo kit, or goin the supercharger route... if anyone has any ideas or past experiences with this pm me or reply here...

Welcome to the forum. Lots of members have the TRD superchargers on their cars, but those are only for the V6 guys. A custom turbo is an option, but expensive. It's been done though. Do a quick search and I'm sure you can find some good info.

yea ive looked into a couple options, found one supercharger but i think they stopped making them. But yea ive noticed the how hard it is to find aftermarket crap... oh well i know some pretty good custom guys...

screw it i should just buy a supra and keep the solara as a daily...
