which works better on the 1999 3.0L solara, a cold air intake or short ram? ive heard stories about some cars losing power with a short ram but at the same time some people have told me the cold air intake isnt worth it. i would just like to hear some opinions. thanks!

imo maybe it's the CAI. but i only got the Injen SRI. (yet to be installed). try cp-e.
