Hello All...

My name is Al and i'm up in cold Canada!

Anywayz, I just sold my old Honda and picked up a 2000 Solara SE V6. It had 128K when I took delivery last week.

I'm not totally used to driving this big boat just yet but it's growing on me... here's a few pics...

Welcome to SolaraGuy! VERY nice looking ride... You'll get used to the differences after a while (well, probably not the back end of the car any time soon; I can parallel on a dime with other car but the Solara I feel like I'm going to hit the car behind me sometimes)

Welcome man.
Another DWP.
You're car is just like mine.... minus the front mud guards, and the tan leather, but interior is the same, and the tranny.
2000 Solara SE auto V6. Diamond White Pearl.
Top Speed Run finished at 130 mph. :o
Too many modifcations for the signature.

Thanks for the warm welcome guys... so far, i'm lovin the power of this car as well as the smooth, quiet ride... Drives just as smooth as my folks' ES300. My only wish so far is that it came with black leather instead of tan.

I picked it up for 10G's before tax from a dealership, only had 2 previous owners... Also, I got them to replace the O2 sensor for me since the CEL was 'on' and also had them throw in a 1 yr/20KM powertrain warranty...

Thanks... that thing sticking out is a air ionizer. Supposedly kills germs/bacteria/dust/smoke/pollens etc...
One of the few things I ended up taking from my previous car before selling it.
