Hey all,

New to Toyota, new to Solara, love to drive.
I've had a few cars in my garage and it's time to send one out and welcome a new whip in the stable!

I've been researching for a few weeks now and am about ready to pull the trigger on that perfect Gen. 1 Solara when I see her, and hope to become an active member here if everything works out! The topics and threads here I’ve been browsing over are gold, thanks for the info I’ve been sponging up quietly so far, but now it's time for an intro and time to ask questions. I've got a thread running in Gen 1-1.5 about my search thus far and welcome any comments, ideas, watch-out for’s and all that good stuff.

Well everyone, i'm here to stay!

It was a very good weekend that ended in me driving back to VT in a clean new (to me) 99' Solara~ it's got a 6 cyl. and sick and she's 80k young!

I've pretty much detailed it here

http://www.solaraguy.org/viewtopic.php?t=27789

so feel free to suggest, rag, or troll as you will

I look forward to leaning lots here, and thanks for the advise and info so far!
