sup all, I got mine 05 SE Sport Manual Tranny at May and just recently found this site. I'm 21 from Dallas, Texas.

I was actually buying an 04 model SE sport Manual with no Sunroof, but there is a minor damage in the back of that car and a friend of mine work at a body shop finds out that the dealship repainted it, but they did a really bad job. They promise to lower the price more and they can fix it for me in the next day. So I drove that one home and brought back in the next day, at 5 pm I was at the dealship again to pick up my car. But the mechanics sketched both doors that I can see the metal color part of the body. I was really angery at the moment, and the General Manager of the dealship offer me a deal to reaplace the 04 with an 05 + sunroof at the same price......also, the dealship was not honest about the minor damage of the 04 too......but I was lucky.

Welcome!!

I'd have a hard time without the sunroof. You made a good choice. Mine's rarely closed. (Yes, I even open it in Winter. Crank the heat and let the snow in. I love it!)

I'm glad things worked out in the end. Hopefully it was just a misunderstanding / poor communication by the dealer.

Welcome to SG! I personally can't picture my car without a sunroof, especially when the rear quarter windows can't open and you need to get the smell of skunk out of your car FAST.
