i do have the bottom grill, you cant see it that good in the pic. Tint is illegal in PA and I cant get a fine over that crap....

Wow! If you don't mind me asking, what kind of tires do you have and how much did they cost? I'm looking to just go +1 and the tires are not that far off from the cost of the wheels.

hey, it's illegal for tint in NY too but that doesn't stop anyone. If you get 35% tint, it's not that dark at all. Doubt you'd get any tickets ever.

^^^^ having tints in N.Y. isn't illegal as long as its above 20% (depending on the type of tint)....and I got 35% tints all around with no problems.
