Went to the drags today in the car, wasn't sure what to expect but was pretty happy in the end with the times. The weather was a little warm but otherwise was a great day for drag racing.

I ran a 13.3 with a 1.9 60ft at 104mph. Looking to add some cams and valve springs shortly, upping the rev limit to 7,000rpm, adding water injection and hopefully cracking 12's next time around.

Sounds good. Were you running street tires or drag tires?
Trust me, I'm a technician.

Do you have a built motor or are you running 8psi on a stock motor?

About the start button, is it hooked up to an alarm of some sort or do you just press it and go? :P

Awesome. A few technical questions.
1) What was tuning the megasquirt like? Did you have some baseline curves or did you go from scratch? How long did it take to roughly tune it, and how long to fine tune?
2) The start button. Do you have to hold it till the engine catches, or is there an RPM sensor that disengages the starter when RPM's go past a preset number? For instance, in my remote start, I have it crank until rpms go over 900.
