Its so frustrating people come on this forum, say they want to buy something like a TRD s/c kit, i talk to them for 2 hours on the phone international long distance work out a deal for the kit, THEN THEY BACK OUT AND NEVER PAY.

This owner of this Australian Camry is a very good example. Seems like a nice enough guy. Says he wants the 5 speed supercharger kit i have, i give him my paypal on sunday i think it was. Payment never shows. Since then i have had 4 or 5 offers on the kit that i have refused. Ant the kicker is he will not just PM me or AIM me and tell me he is no longer interested!

THAT'S FRUSTRATING!


On a pleasant note... I had an opportunity for a COMPLETE BUILT HEAD for my supra from a fellow supra owner in Australia. We exchanged TWO emails, and I promptly made a BIG payment by Paypal within minutes... and he even had the head AIRMAILED to me... taking only 72 hours from Melbourne to USA CUSTOMS! (Of course... a bit of snag and some greased palm $$$'s to get past THAT little glitch...)


Wish your deal had gone as well as mine. I'm sure SOMEONE will step up.

Thanks for the support Crisp. I am a nice guy, and i'll talk to new members on the phone for as long as it takes and answer the hundreds of the questions that they have. I even give away all the little secrets on the platform to going faster down the track. But when someone blows me off without even telling me they no longer want the product, its just a slap in the face ya know?

I hear ya! Even in my case, I had only "forum knowledge" of my seller, but his reputation (40k+ POSTS! ) and general "demeanor" made it clear to me I had a "trust-worthy" seller... and the product (built by him) had VOLUMES of past history from a loooong build thread to support the work and value. I was fortunate to catch him when I did, as within the next 24~48 hours, he could have sold the head 10x over!

I suspect you will find a QUALIFIED and SERIOUS buyer for your item! If I had a 1MZ, that may well have been ME! HA!

i just hope the guy contacts me. Like i said, he seemed like a nice guy to talk with and he seemed very knowledgeable. I hope this was a misunderstanding that maybe he just didn't realize there were a lot of people interested in the supercharger
