welcome to SG!
I would suggest you start with maintenance first and then move to upgrades (if you've already done so then you're ahead). Keep an eye out for a TRD RSB to go with the suspension you have in mind. Personally I would change struts if you're going to do springs anyways, just wait until you find out more about that...
