(Wow - caps)

No one is going to hate you. LOL "Opinions are like arseholes, everyone has one."

The only thing that matters is what you like. Good luck with the purchase on the tail lights. Post em up after you get them.

Take a look at the search function above. You'll find a couple Gen1s with some body work. They may give you ideas.

Welcome to SG!!!

I'm getting 2 pairs of HIDs for our gen Solara's.... both will be 8000K (i believe)... as soon as I get em, i'll install mine and if everything works proper, I will post the 2nd pair for sale.

It's color spectrum... lower K's - more warm tones (yellow)... higher K's cooler tones (blues through magenta)

I've determined mine are over 6500 (see my CarDomain pics) - but they may be as high as 7500-8K, I dunno. Got 'em used off another SG-er who didn't remember what they were.

I compared mine side-by-side a 6-series BMW - colors were identical, though my projector cutoff was lower than his! ;)

do us and yourself a favor and dont change the tails (im assuming you want altezzas) you wont find anything that looks better than the gen1's.
you wont find a body kit that looks good on our cars unless you want the trd lip kit which i believe someone has a brand new one for sale on here. check the gen1-1.5 for sale section.
rims are good but dont forget to lower your suspension!
this is all my opinion. welcome aboard!
