If you bought the car from a dealership, then they should supply you with the master key and remote. After all - you bought the car - and YOU should have access to it!!

Otherwise, threaten to report them to the BBB (Better Business Bureau) if they won't take care of it right. That's just crap!

Welcome... and if the programming thing doesn't work out, it's cheaper to just get a security/alarm system installed that takes over for the keyless and the trunk, etc.
