Hey everyone. My name is Mike and I am new to this forum. I am looking forward to learning many new things from everyone here. I just recently purchased a 2005 Toyota Solara 2.4L SE with a 5-speed that had 60k miles on it that was "Toyota used certified". I stumbled upon it after I lost my 2005 Kia Spectra in an accident where someone totaled it overnight when I was out. I had the typical mods on my Spectra like headers, intake, exhaust, and other minor upgrades, but now it is time to focus on this Solara which I am very impressed with. The 2.4L with the 5-speed is more powerful than I initially expected. I look forward to modding it in the near future. I am extremely happy with my Solara and am glad that I found a forum with people who share the same passion. So far it is stock, but I do want to do a few things to the Solara in due time and when the money is available.
