Just make sure that your avatar isn't larger than say... 200 pixels high, use the search function and don't dig up posts that are more than a month old unless it's ABSOLUTELY necessary, and everybody shall get along just fine.

For reference, mine is 500X150, just within another forum's (ToyotaNation) limit.
