I've got a '99 SLE, V6, red Solara, with all the bells and whistles ... got it in 2001 (Toyota Certified Used) when I totaled my 1996 Camry (which I also loved). I fell in love with that car the day I saw it 5 years ago and I still love it today, even with 96,000 miles on it. She still drives like a champ, and has had minimal problems (with the exception of repeated airbag sensor issues the whole time I've had it - which I'm hoping someone else may be able to comment on). I just had it in for the 90k mile maintenance and borrowed a RAV4 for the day. No comparison. I'll keep my 7 year old Solara. :)
