I have been around for a while, but I see the site is re-designed, so here it goes:

2000 Solara Convertible, 4/17/00 (release date was 4/20/00) one of the first 50 to roll off the line. Maybe the only S/C ragtop with headers around.

Supercharged
JP Headers & Y-pipe and dual rear exhaust
Apexi S-AFC
TSW Revo's & Michelin Pilots
Cross drilled & slotted rotors with Axxis pads
TRD Body Kit
TRD Bilstein Struts
TRD rear sway bar
Roof replaced under warranty
Other minor engine bay & interior details[/img]
One BAD-A$$ rare solara convertible!!!

Sounds coo, hook us up with some pics......

If your car is DWP, I think I've seen your car before randomly.......not a lot of modified convertable Solara's I've seen on the island.

Should meet up at our next meet......hopefully June 18th at Jones Beach...............

Where on the Island are you? Is 6/18 definite? I'd be in for a Jones Beach/Ocean Pkwy run.

Why did you remove the rear valances + centervalance. Would have looked sweeter. nice ride by the way!

Actually, I never had them. I couldn't afford the whole kit at the time (familiar story), and since the ragtops come with similar (but not the same) side valences, I just put the fronts on for now. Someday soon, I will remove the factory side valences and use the kit ones and finish the rear to accomodate the dual raer Magnaflow mufflers.

Or just email the dude on ebay that sell fiberglass versions and buy the rear valances only... :fadein:

All I can say is wow :o and welcome. I can't wait to see pics.

I don't believe that there are any s/c drop tops on here...you may be the first, but not sure.

Your mod list is very impressive. Defly post pics. :D

Enjoy the forum,
