Hello everyone. I am new to the forum. I have a 2000 Avalon (109600 miles) and a 2006 Tacoma (26500 miles) both of which I bought new. I had been looking for a Solara Conv for about a year when I found the one I bought last May. I saw a classified ad in the Nashville, Tn newspaper with the car that I couldn't let get away. It is a 2008 SLE silver with a black top. Has practically every option. The ad stated it had 609 miles on the odometer. When I called the number I asked the owner if it did indeed have 609 miles. He said "No, it has 618 miles because I just drove it ." The top had never been down. It had never been in the rain nor driven on a wet street. (It still hasn't been on a wet street.) It was purchased new in Sept 2007. We drove it down to Seagrove Beach, Fl for a week in Oct and it now has 2650 miles. I will make some pics to post when the weather gets a little better here in Middle Tn. The older gentleman I bought it from has a '93 Cadillac with 20,000 miles that was sitting beside it in the garage.
