New Guy!

8) Hello All! My name is Louis and I just found this site a few weeks ago! I love all of it. I originaly purchased my car in Miami, FL and lived there for 10 years, Moved to Newark, NJ for 3 years, and for the passed year I have lived in Lawrenceville, GA. I think I am going to stay here because it is great for my kids! I have 2 kids (One girl, One boy) and another boy due November 1st 2003!

Enough about me... Here is some info about my car...

2000 Toyota Solara SE I4

Purchased on November 1999 (Leased) 48 months @ 398.83 per month!
Lease is finally over and now I owe about $13000 to have it financed with new payments of $279.00 per month for 60 months. Total cost will end up being $35883.84 on a $19500.00 original sticker price! I did have $2000.00 added from my upside down trade in.

Anyways I made a mistake and can't wait for my payments to finally be up. I can't sell it cause I been in 3 accidents one major one. (All when the road was wet!!) No dealer wants to give me enough on a trade and be upside down again. Now that my payments are lighter I will begin adding things to it that I always wanted but could not. Might as well right!

Here are a few items that are upcoming by March 04 thanks to several reviews from this site on upgrades and how-to's.

Here is my list...

Ingen Air Intake w/Heat Shield - $204.99 - Oct 03
Euro/White Face Gauges - $24.00 - Oct 03
18X7.5 SPORT MAX 925 - Chromium Black Finish w/tires $999 Jan/Feb 04
Brembo Sport Slotted Rotor (Front) Pair $212 - Jan/Feb 04
Eibach Pro-Kit Spring Set $237 - Jan/Feb 04
PIAA Xtreme Wht 9006 (Pair) $77 - Jan/Feb 04
PIAA Xtreme Wht H4 (Pair) $65 - Jan/Feb 04
22" PIAA Super Silicone Wiper Blade $22 - ASAP!
21" PIAA Super Silicone Wiper Blade $22 - ASAP!

These are my immediate plans for my car! I am still indecisive on getting 18's or 19's. Come check out my site on Cardomain.com and help a Solara enthusiast out ok! Thanks to everyone posting good information on this site! :P http://members.cardomain.com/solarat

Welcome aboard champ! Just for future reference, some of those prices couild be lower. Ebay has Eibach Springs on for 180 + shipping, and you'd need to get new struts, which you didn't list. Always look for the cheapest price and best quality! Eveyrone would be glad to help you out.

Great to have another 5S-FE guy on board, welcome!
Let's just pretend I didn't grow up, or you're going to be terribly disappointed.
