Hey, I just got a great deal on a '00 SE and wouldn't ya' know it, hit a dog
Thanksgiving night  . Took out a square foot size chunk of my bumper cover, fog light and the windshield-washer reservoir. If anybody really cares I have unusual wheels and Fuzion ZR1's and smoked glass. That's about it.

Hoping to hear about the 'bumper'. Some posts talk about the difference between original and 1.5 body style. Won't any 99-01 bumper fit? Also, I read of a site autopartsland.com that supposedly has the bumper for only $35. This was old info. and I'm not sure if anyone had dealings with the company and if they were legit.

Thanks in advance for ANY info. Looking forward to getter her fixed.

Later,

gen 1.5 is 2002-2003. the headlights, front bumper, and taillights are diff slightly along with the fog lights.
where many hate, few will love,
But for those who love,
they'll see what it's like to live.

Get a rear sway bar, it will be a nice addition to those Fuzions.

I hope that mangy mutt is dead. Ugliest dog I've ever seen (only saw his side). I didn't stop for him but I guess it's a 50/50 shot. Judging from the damage to the car I think he's a gonner. Still it coulda been worse for me.

So you're the one who hit my dog! lol :o The Gen 1 & Gen 1.5 fit into the same slot WITHOUT any modification needed. They're different in look but not in fitment. Its kind of like Altezzas fit into our tail lights slots but they have a different design but an ugly one lol. Figured I'd clear that up since I know from personal experience that the Gen 1.5 fits into Gen 1 body perfectly.
