I'm suprised you havent seen the Gen 1 in red. They used to make the Solara in Cambridge ON, which is about 20 minutes away from where I live. So there seems to be a lot of cars that I could choose from... SLE Convertibles and SLE's manual sticks About 5 manual sticks over the past 2 months, but they sold pretty quickly. Took one out for a test drive down the highway and it went like a "bat out of hell". The cars are great and the people that made them were great too.



Congrats on your new purchase. This is the first Red drop top Gen 1 solara that I've seen. Looks very nice. I'm sure a bodykit will go nicely with it, that's saying if you have any money left over after the purchase

Sweet! I like the G1 red much better than the "absolute" on the G2. But I do see more burgandy/blood red G1's out there. You have a unique ride. Always nice to not see your car everywhere.
