Ive thought about it, but as of this point, I cant. I dont have enough days in the shop for service- I'm up to 22, I need 30. It will also hurt my case that it is an intermittent problem, and supposedly, the dealership can't duplicate it, so I'm not sure if I would have a chance. We'll see

Welcome. Another winter solara!
I read your manifesto on the cardomain post. That really sucks! Do you have another dealer to work with nearby? Maybe they'll at least give you some service. I'm thinking of switching away from the dicks I bought the car from because they mushroom me all the time. I have three more service locations within the same distance.
Hope you get the bugs worked out! She's a sweet ride when she's workin'.
