Removing stock speakers in 2004 models

Does anyone have the instructions for removing the stock speakers in a 2004 model yet? I want to upgrade to the JBL Power Series. Also has anyone run into any fit issues with any particular upgraed speaker - depth, screw holes not aligned, etc.
