Not to try and sell you somthing but you need a line level converter. You either splice into the rear speakers, or directly on the amp (under glove compartment).

I have this one and dont use it anymore. Only used for ~8months, same condition, ill let it go for $15shipped...

If you're trying to connect an amp to a factory headunit or one without RCAs the best way to accomplish this is by using a line out adapter. If you're trying for a sub, go for a two channel adapter... if you're going for the 4 ch, go for a 4 channel adapter.

2ch:

4ch:

It's not the best way of doing things, but if you really want to keep your factory headunit it's pretty much the only way.

Good luck,

sorry DD , don't know if it is what I need . thx anyway.

at the back of the FUJI has 2 ports ,one taken by stock AMP ,another is empty .
I already have 20 feet cables ,the problem is only the joint part .

Or if I just use the signal from the rear speakers it is will be a high risk ?My amp is 300W.

You have to use the signal from the rears... a 300W amp will be fine, the rating of the adapter is for current in... The one Adum offered is sufficient. A line level adapter is not the best way to do things (the best way would be replacing the headunit), but it's the only way you're able to run an external amp off your stock unit.
