Opinions on MB Quart RCE216 components???

I just got what I think is a good deal on two sets of RCE216 components ($100 for 2 sets brand new in box) and I wanted to know what everyone thinks of them as far as sound quality, power handling and your overall opinion?
I now have JL VR-650's in my solara and I love them but I wanted to know if the MB's are close to them or better (hopefully not worse).

The MB Quartz are pretty good (especially for that price), but the JLs are (IMHO) better all around speakers (especially since you already had them)...

I wasnt too impressed with the MB Quarts. However JL\'s have a good track record. Id keep the JL\'s I think you might be disapointed.

They handle wide bandwith easily, and produce reasonable SPL's, but the metal tweeters are harsh at any volume.
