AMP PROBLEM

Postby Solarafreek » Wed Feb 22, 2006 1:56 pm

I have an Orion xtreme 900 bridged to a 12 Infinity sub. The amp/speaker combo was working great and I blew a fuse at my dist. block and replaced the 30a with a 40 and still ran fine 4 a few days. I had my tire iron loose in the trunk where my amp is and I can hear it rattle around a bit, maybe hitting the amp. So anyway, I didnt drive for a couple of days and put my radio on and didnt have power going to my amp. I am getting power from the power wire but no amp power. Checked wires and everything seemed OK. I do have a crappy rewote on wire but Ive heard it doesnt take much to kick the power on the amp on.I should probably get my amp checked, but I know there is a lot of knowlegable audio members. Anyone have any suggestions? Thanks in advance
