Woofer Mount Question.
My question is. In the past I have always had just plain MDF boxes. Never had a precarpeted box. The carpet has not been trimmed around the subwoofer seal.
Should I put my subwoofer in the box. Take a razor and trim around the outside edge of the subwoofer? Then remove the sub and take that carpet off to make a flush seal.
Do I need to use any caulk or anything of that sort (I never have in the past)
