ok i searched the last 8 pages.. didnt find anything..

well i have the stock system in my car, but recently the deck is messed up.. it will read regular cd's but when it comes to burn cd's. after i load it in it will try to read it for the next 2 min and then after that it plays but w/ static & music. anyone know whats going on? thanks..

might be the burn on the CD too. i noticed that when i burned a whole grip of CD's from my friend. i burned 4 CD's on his burner and 1 on my external burner. MY CD was fukked, but his CD's are still good.

generic CDs will not read well

Labels (stickers) on burned cds throw the balance of the cd off and will also not read well

Try to correct this by:

SLowing down the burn speed (my stock would only read up to 16x burns... anything over would skip here and there)

Clean the lense ASAP... if you don't it'll settle and damage it... it happened to my Eclipse headunit =\ thank god for the 3 year warranty

If those fail to correct the problem... sorry x_x

the cd cleaner doesnt work. i guess i gotta get a deck now.

the warrenty is over it was 3yr or 36k
