what do u guys think about this subs RF Punch Stage 1 10" any info would be appreciated im getting a good deal on them but subs and audio aint really my favorite topic

here's a hint... find the cheapest (shady place) you can, then pricematch at cardomain.com. I found places on yahoo and google (just search for the model number)... I think I got my RF stuff for half the price it was listed for on cardomain.com

Look elsewhere, there is sooooo much more stuff out there that is alot better.

What's your budget for a good sub, and what kind of amp are you going to be powering them with?

aight guys like i said audio aint my strongest subject i basiclly want some nice bass but also sound quality i have bout 400 for subs and box and looking for 2 12s or maybe even 1 12
what amp would you guys recommend

Is the 400 including the budget for the amp? If not then for 400 bucks Here's what I would do.

http://www.cardomain.com/item/IDSID12V3D2 2 of those, then have a custom box made of 3/4" mdf wood. Should be under your budget of 400 with the box. Awesome SQ from those subs with good spl too. They're rated for 250 watts rms each, but can easily handle 300-375 watts rms.

What do you want to spend on the amp?
