What length of cable is needed to run from the battery to the trunk and from the headunit to the trunk?

From the battery to the trunk I would guess about 20 ft. Maybe less. I would order about 30 ft, so you'd have enough to do the ground wire for the amp, as well as the BIG 3 upgrade.

As far as headunit to the trunk, depends.

If you are going to run RCA's to the trunk through the center console and to the trunk you'd probably need about 12 ft. But if you are running them from the headunit and under the dash, then along the side of the car and into the trunk you might need something around 18 ft.

Use some yarn or string and pretend you're wiring it with the string. Then measure the amount of string you used.
