if I didnt want the wires to show, how else (besides running them over the back seat) would I run them to the trunk ?

is there anyway to run them underneath/through the backseat without having to remove them ?

I need to run very thick wires (8 gauge) for an inverter. Please help.

I did search, a little :-?

for a clean install, you're going to have to take out your seats.

Nice first post. Welcome

But yeah, you should just have to run them along the side door. I started from the back and moved forward, it worked out better that way. If you have any trouble let me know, i'll take some pictures.

8 gauge is not very thick- shouldnt be a prob at all

ive got 1/0

remove the seat (four bolts) , remove the trim around the door, pull off the back seat (just snaps off)

should take about 15min... quite simple

I had no trouble running a 4 guage and I didn't have to remove seats or trim panels. I was able to tuck it under the trim and hide all the wiring
