question about OEM 6-disk changer

i was wondering if this has happened to anyone else but it seems like sometimes when its cold the CD changer wont work. it spits out the CD and then i blow on it and stick it back in and it just says error. but the funny thing is tht it only does it when its cold. anyone else have this problem?
