so a couple nights ago i was just great groovin out to my new snoop cd and then i was like hey lets groove to that yellowcard, and i switch cd's and it didnt read the cd, it said " Err3" (malfunction within system, a broken part), i was like WTF? and switched back to snoop and it played, and i was like Double WTF? so i switched back to yellowcard and thats when it stuck. now it will not eject, nor change cd, nor read the cd. It only comes up as "Err3" everytime i hit the cd button. Im pissed.

2.) Money Issue: I got the money. That Problem is solved. For whichever route i go. But, something tells me to not spend the money and i dont feel like spending the money (piece of shiot, i was 1 inch away from selling the car after this happened but parents are gay)

Question to you. What should i do? Fix it via Toyota, Replace, or forget about it.
Anything is appreciated.

same thing has happened to my camry's in dash cd changer. I'm selling it at this moment. But its only a $25 dollar fix. To keep it running smoothly, i've learnt to change the sleeve (where cd are housed every 2 years, its a 35 dollar part from toyota).

Replace it. But if you take the faceplate off of the whole unit (it clips on) you'll see a connector. If you toy around with the prongs with a screwdriver, the cd will eject if you hit the right prongs. ONLY DO THAT IF YOU PLAN ON REPLACING IT ANYWAY as you may further damage it. I played around with mine for the longest when i broke it, i bent those prongs, so as i was trying to bend them back to salvage it, the cd keep ejecting when i hit a certain few prongs.
