audio porblem

ok i got a problem i have all alpine typre speakers all around hooked up to a 840 watt amp then i have it goinng to a 2.4 capacitor which then goes to a amp now the amp stays on protect for some reason all the grounds are good the fuses are fine theres enough power goin to the cap but still it stays on protect ...any ideas?

so u have a 840watt amp that powers ur alpine type r speakers. Then u have the power wire from the 840w amp going to a 2.4cap which then goes to another amp?

check the impedence on the speakers..............
