sub/amp/high-low converter problem???
whenever i turn off my head unit, my sub hits at a constant full force. only way to stop it is to turn the head unit back on.
this happened to me about twice (in a span of about 2 months) before i put in my new sub today. but now it happens every time. im thinkin it (the consistency) might be due to changing some settings on the amp after todays install. the only difference in my system as of today is i swapped out my old pioneer sub for a new fosgate sub.
any ideas as to why this is happening?
my current sound system set up:
-stock head unit & interior speakers
-high-low converter
-pioneer 760 watt amp
-fosgate punch 12" sub
