The Eclipse site says the CD8455 and CD8454 are GPS-ready?? What GPS unit does it take? Any non-Eclipse GPS units?

Anybody know what the difference is between the CD8455 and CD8454??

just got an eclipse avx2494 for 1559 however to get it installed by an uathorized eclipse dealer made it come to a 1880 grand total.

This is everything you could want in a deck IMO.

-I saw one going for 1900 on ebay used, so how I got it for 1559 from the stereo shop I dont know.

It's a 2004 Model =P Dealer costs dropped once the 05 model came out. All dealers are clearing their inventory for the new one so they give discounts on the previous models.

I could have gotten you the new model for less =P

I love the double din units.

The single din units look like ass to me... they look.... RICEY? lol but I heard the flagship sound unit is A LOT better than the 8454 I have =\

I'm thinking of upgrading (free lol) but still am not too happy w/ the styling... but the limited GPS capability (if you get the COMMANDER unit) is sort of cool!
1GR-FE ftw!
