If you are talking about the stock keyless I dont think that you can get driver door priority off. I didnt install it on my alarm I hate that option too.

If I were you Melissa I would take it back and bat your eyelashes at them to see if they can fix it, you sould be getting alot more distance than that.

i tried that...they "looked at it"...installed the grind protector (watever the hell that did) and said it was fine.
so i don't know what to do now..my dad is being a jerk bout it and won't do anything bout it. i might just bring it to someone else and see how much it would cost me to have them look at it and possible fix it.
how far am i suppose to get w/ the valet starter?

Have you tried replacing the battery in the remote, those remotes sit on the shelf a long time and some times they are like cars you let them sit for a while without starting and they go dead.

well i got two remotes, and they're both the same. i'm fed up..i just want it taken out!
the other wierd thing is that, when it does work, it takes 2 starts to actually start. the first time i get it to take the signal it sounds like it's about to catch the starter, but then it stalls out before it turns over. the second time it catches and starts. really weird.

you can adjust that but the installer has to do it sounds like you need to take it to someone who knows what they are doing.
