did you use a volt meter to check it. Like i mentioned above the fuse can look fine but may not be sending enough power to it. I am saying this becuase it happened to me. the fuse look like it was new and i thought it was my amp. But when i took a volt meter to it to test i was only getting .15volt to it due to the fuse.
thats the first thing i would do or even if its not blown just replace that one fuse and see if it solves the problem. I mean a fuse isn't that expensive.. considerable to a amp.
