Need specs for '01 Solara convertible SLE subwoofer

My subwoofer is blown so I want to put in a better aftermarket one to replace the JBL.

Anyone knows the specs for the original JBL subwoofer? 8". 10", 12"? Depth?

www.crutchfield.com lists out a bunch as fits ranging from 8" to 12", how can that be? I actually opened up the rear deck and saw it. I think it is 8".

Also, anyone has recommendation for a good aftermarket sub?
