Ok, I posted this earlier but I want to get some good opinions on it. I have a 2100 watt amp and 2 900 watt bass speakers. These we're installed in my old 88 corolla along with a 1 farad cap. It ended up destroying my alternator and my distributor. What would be the good route for protecting my system? I was thinking a super farad cap (20) and the big 3(below)? Any other good suggestions? ALSO, does anyone know what wires to use for the big 3? The forum didn't explain it...or I missed it...one or the other. :D Thanks everyone!

Dam is this month like soup the car with audio month? Ahaha all day I see nothing but new post on audio stuff..

I dont know much about audio but my setup seems to be causing no problem. Our car does a good job and sealing the bass inside the car and does not rattle the poor car up.
Of course your 88 corolla had to die. Your running so much out of those car. They arnt strong hehe thats why they last a long time. But my best help to you is it cost to protect..
Other then that your setup seems devilistic....Must be heart pounding huh? Good luck bro on it. My friend did his setup and only pushed 400 watt total to everything in his car and yet it woop my other friend pushing 2 L7 solor barric on 600 watt.. Just be careful not to hurt yourself...
