jesus kid.

youshouldlearnhowtouseparagraphsandcorrectgrammarbecauseitgetshardtoread

there is a good chance that your amp blew due to the shock. not to mention other difficulties.

When something like this happens...most of the fuses should be blown....the wires can't be damaged
unless ur fuses somehow didn't blow like they were suppose to and blew ur amp...

^^^lol...dude that was funny mike. ^^^

yeah, check all fuses, and make sure you amp light is on. if your amp light is on then you know there is power there and the problem maybe somewhere else.

"YOU GOT OWNED"

You created a short circuit when the POS and NEG wires touched and both were on the POS terminal of your amp... Your amp should be ok. The amp won't power on w/o being grounded, so that is why the fuses didn't blow. The POS was being grounded when it touched and fused w/ the NEG cable. Long story short:

Buy a new amp, I'm sure the one you had was a pos anyway =P

Logically, the amp should be ok... unless the fuses in the amp were "Just for show" and didn't really function! lol

Uhh... check your fuses.. Or better yet just replace the fuses. Cuz i have a fuse blow before and the fuse doesn't look broken but it wasn't supplying power. Use a Volt meter and test the wires to be sure its getting 12V+.

or what Jeff Said, Just buy a new Amp..

OH!?!

THe RADIO can be heard throught he speakers but CDs cant? Is that what you mean?

If not, then you probably havent checked the fuses that are BUILT INTO THE AMP. I hope you don't just mean your single power fuse =P Check all your fuses! If anything, the AMP fuses blew, not the one from the battery. THe fuse from the battery will blow if a battery sends a big jolt. The fuses in the amp will blow if your stuff short circuited. It's the AMP FUSES, not the main power fuse...

Good Game Fuses.
