ok ive narrowed it down to infinity and kappa speakers. i will be getting 6x9 3-way for the back, and 6" 2-way for the front (with mid and tweeter separate). i also plan to get a 4 channel amp that pushed 50 watts rms per channel. all that considered, which brand is better to give me crisper sound. btw, i am NOT getting subs or a new headunit, but i am bypassing the stock amp to feed into the new one

which model are you planning to get ? the perfects, 60.5cs, or reference. Ive seen the perfects go online for $200 shipped, thats a pretty good deal. I dont know much about rockford components and speakers. But i have heard only good things about the perfects.

what kind of amp are you planning to power the speakers?

I dont think that theres someting wrong with rockford. Its just that between the 2, the infinity just sound better for the money. the SQ is clearer to the ear.
