You can buy these bars that connect the terminals on the caps together. I've seen them around, not sure what they're called. I'm sure you can do the same thing with wire, just wouldn't look as clean. I'll look around for these bars I speak of.

*Edit*:It's called a "capacitor linking buss bar" Here's an example I saw on ebay http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=3069486758&category=14932

you know its .5 farad for every 500 watts right? so you dont need two farads unless your amps are putting out 2000 watts rms and even then a cap isnt gonna help with that much of a load on your system.

Sorry but I have to say this, extra caps do ABSOLUTELY NOTHING to benifit your electrical system. Now that I've gotten that out of the way, Caps are just wired in parallel to your amps and can go anywhere. You can plug the + of one cap to the + of another cap, and the - to the -. Or get a distributor block, and plug both your +s into that and ground your -. There is no special way, just plug the + into your main power wire, in any way shape or form, then ground the -.
Nascar would be a sport if half the cars were driving the other direction.
