i am having problem with my ground wiring. The CD player is working because the CD can go in it and the clock show up but it always shut down a second later, i'm sure its the ground wiring. i hook the ground to my wire harness ground and it still dosn't work.. any idea?

Actually your ground sounds fine - I'd check the 12V Ignition feed. Most radios require a 12V constant and 12V ignition to fully power up. If you're missing one of them (blown fuse?) some radios will still accept cd's but wont power up.
