Pioneer AVH 5700DVD installation

First off I matched up all the wires in the harness and I was left with a light green wire, black, and orange (on the car side of the harness. Green and black were on the pioneer side of the harness). I just left orange alone and grounded light green and black.

I couldn't bypass the drive and watch the video thing. I couldn't even watch it in park. Also i lost the lighting in my guages But PRNDL lights up.

Do you know what could of caused the lighting in my guages to go out?

And how do I get the video part to work?

turns out there was 2 black wires that was supposed to be grounded. i matched up one of them with the one in the car harness but then again that would mean the one from the car harness wouldn't have anything to connect to ?

uhhhhh no help here huh?

there was one black wire from the pioneer purple harness and another black wire connected to the battery and fuse that the yellow wire is connected to. Not sure what to do with those two as well as the light green one.

There is only one black wire from the car side of the harness

anybody?
