Ipod Mini and Ipod?

Do they use the same dock connector thing?

If I had an Ipod Mini could I use it with a CD-IB100 from Pioneer?

Thanks. :)

:D I got that Pioneer IPOD interface. I believe the recharging dock ports are the same. Otherwords, the Gen1-current are the same. The Mini should follow suit. Just check out the bottom connection at a local Best Buy to see for yourself. Check the 20-40 gig IPOD to the IPOD MINI power plug. Hopefully this helps Bro. :D

Port is the same for all Docking Ipods (Gen3+ I think) and Ipod Minis (all).

Thanks guys. I just bought the 1 gig Ipod Shuffle. I bought a Sony Cassette Player Rig. I love playing the shuffle. But I want to be able to control it with my new HU Im going to install. Thanks alot guys. :) Cant control an Ishuffle with any unit. So I will just buy a bigger Ipod. :)

Also?

Where would a good location to put the actual unit the brain I suppose. under my seat? Under the dash? I need to connect a 12 volt fuse power source? Can I just jump off the power wire to the HU? or is that a bad idea? Should I just run a new fused line from the battery? Thanks? 8)
