My right passenger speaker blew, and i know solara holds 7" speakers, but only OEM carries it. I need 6 1/2" or 6" x 9", but i want something that will be clear and sounds nice, and will cut the freeway noise and can listen my crazy ass music. Any suggesstions?

What's your budget? And is the rest of the stereo stock? Do you plan on upgrading to an external amp or are you just looking for a simple stock replacement?

OEM speakers for sale

Postby Grnarowana » Mon Jun 06, 2005 11:00 am

DAMN! $20 only? are they pairs? My budget is like $100, and overstock.com got some cheap, high quality, crap...Most of them are kenwood or pionneers. My buddy said i hsouldn't get high wattage speakers because it won't sound good, since i got a stock system. Everythign is bone stock, I don't plan to do anythign to my solara, yet. I just wanna work on interrior....Is it true that i hsouldn't get high wattage speakers?

In regars to $20 OEM JBL speakers...GREAT DEAL....maybe we can set somethign up, are they used? new? refurbished?

Thanks

high sensitivity speakers , which usually translates to less wattage handling, tend to reach their optimum performance with less power..

JBL's Front speakers; they were professionally removed and come with the two wires you would need to connect to you existing system (memory tells me they are black and red wires, i could be wrong tho). They aren't new, but then again, they sounded great when removed, i just went with a something different! Nothing was wrong with them, if your a DIY guy, then this is a deal for you...if your not..paying someone labor and install, i'd suggest you guy from elsewhere...PM me if your still intrested.
