Premium Eclipse Warranty Hassle... lol

So my Eclipse CD8454 died a few weeks ago. It stopped playing CDs, but, at least, still played the memory stick. Appearantly they have it set up where there are 2 power supplies. One for the headunit itself, and a single one for the laser only. When my friend called to get the replacement unit, they bitched at him because they said their units don't break... lol. Appearantly I have a VERY defective unit. Once I got the new unit installed, everything works faster and smoother and sounds WAY clearer (although it was awesome before =D ) But ya... when claiming warranty, be prepared to fight for it. Sometimes they'll be a bitch to you just because they know they can... Plus I'd be pissed if they didn't replace a $600 unit x_X
